Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your phone number or Google account secure. One person, one account.
What Omen is
Omen offers psychic chats, horoscopes and tarot readings for entertainment and guidance only. Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Do not rely on the Service for decisions about your health, safety, legal matters or finances. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Chats are billed per minute at the price shown for each psychic before you start; new accounts may receive a free first chat as described in the app. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which is responsible for billing, applicable taxes and invoices. Wallet and credits
Top-ups add prepaid credit to your Omen wallet, sometimes with bonus or cashback credit. Wallet credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred and can only be used on the Service. Bonus and cashback credit may be subject to additional rules shown at the time of the offer: [CREDIT EXPIRY / RULES].
Pay Later
If you enable Pay Later, you authorise us, through Dodo, to charge your saved card for chat time you use, during or after a session. Outstanding dues must be settled before further Pay Later use and before account deletion.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit content.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the Service or its sign-in and payment systems.
- No fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse or misuse of promotions.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
Content
You keep ownership of what you write. You grant Omen a licence to store and process it to provide and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Ratings and reviews must reflect your genuine experience.

Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Omen is not liable for decisions you make based on readings, or for indirect or consequential losses.
